The Warmth Of A Fire, Ah Yes, Bring It On

How many of you long for a fireplace. I see lots of raised hands!

Don't we all long to have the warmth and cozy feeling of a fireplace?

You live in an apartment that doesn’t have one, or you live in a house that doesn’t have one, or you live in a home that has one but is closed off due to security/insurance reasons. Anyone who had a fireplace in their lives long for one in their home.

I sure do.

I was lucky to have one in my parent’s home when I was a teen.  Also in my first, and second, home in my defunct marriage (the fireplace was wonderful, the then husband not so much).

So what do you do when you live in a home that doesn’t have a fireplace?

A friend, who lived in a basement suite, built what looked like one with a mantel, stones underneath the mantel, and an area for a the actual fire.  The fire itself was a graphic, a very good graphic I must admit, which lived in front of a heater.  Still not the same.

Don’t we all long to have the warmth and cozy feeling of a fireplace?

Introducing The Portable Tabletop Fireplace

The Portable Tabletop Fireplace

This is the liquid fuel portable fireplace that rests on any stable surface and provides the color, charm, and comfort of a wood-burning fire without smoke, smells, or sparks.

Using recycled liquid ethanol fuel that emits only water vapor and carbon dioxide, the clean-burning, portable fireplace yields a bright yellow, orange, and red 7″-high flame that flickers without fumes, making it suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

Generating up to 8,500 BTUs per hour (depending upon damper setting), it heats a 325′ sq. area, making it ideal for intimate gatherings.

The fireplace’s stainless steel burner unit sits between two panes of tempered glass and is raised off a surface by 2″ while its heat is generated upwards and laterally without marring fine wood finishes.

One liter of liquid ethanol fuel (not included) provides up to 2 1/2 hours of cozy reposing.
